Audrey Yuan

Business Analyst & Emerging Tech Generalist

I turn messy, disconnected workflows into clear, practical recommendations for stakeholders who don’t speak “technical”.

1
client tool shipped and still used for the client’s annual reporting
3
disconnected platforms (Thinkific, Supporter Hub, OneDrive) mapped into one process view
4
industries researched from scratch: tyres, property management, HR tech and telecom
100+
financial and operational records and process steps reviewed for accuracy

Background

Business Process & Systems Analyst
Connectivity TBI Australia. Gathers requirements directly with the CEO, maps As-Is workflows across multiple platforms, and turns findings into practical To-Be recommendations for recurring operational tasks.
Data Analyst Intern
Accenture. Used structured research frameworks to analyse market size, competition and growth drivers across unfamiliar industries, and contributed to an HR digital transformation proposal spanning SAP SuccessFactors design through to go-live planning.
Python Developer
Uthando Project. Built, tested and packaged a Python tool to merge client partner reports, delivered end to end and now used by the client for its annual reporting.
Education
Master of Information Systems and Technology, Curtin University.

On this project

Leads requirements gathering and stakeholder-facing analysis. Contributes to technical exploration using Python, SQL and AI-assisted development, with manual testing and validation throughout.

How we work

  • Tasks tracked in Jira, labelled by sub-problem (q1-detect, q2-explain) and by judging criterion
  • Code in GitHub; shared notes in Google Drive
  • Planned deployment on Microsoft Azure
  • Every outreach message, reply and design change is logged as evidence
