About these terms
These terms apply when you use chromoworks.com or support Chromoworks. Chromoworks is run by Namash Aggarwal, a sole trader based in Perth, Western Australia, and is not yet an incorporated company. By using the site, you agree to them.
Using this website
You are welcome to browse, share and quote this website for personal and non-commercial purposes. Please do not copy its design, code or content wholesale, try to disrupt or overload it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Plans, not promises
This website describes the vision and plans for Chromoworks. They are goals, not guarantees: timelines, sectors and products may change as the company grows. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or medical advice.
Supporting Chromoworks
Support is a voluntary contribution to the work, with the perks described on the Support page: a personal thank-you, regular progress updates and, with your permission, a place on the founding supporters wall. It is not a donation to a charity, is not tax-deductible, and does not give you equity, ownership, a share of profits or any product beyond those perks. Payments are processed by Stripe or Buy Me a Coffee under their own terms.
Refunds and cancellations
The A$10 monthly membership renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for. Genuine payment mistakes are refunded within 14 days. The details are on the Support page. None of this limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Registering interest as an investor
Registering interest is not an offer of securities and creates no obligation for you or for Chromoworks. Any future investment would follow proper documentation and Australian law.
Names, logo and content
The Chromoworks name, logo, design and original content belong to Namash Aggarwal. Third-party names, trademarks, software and open-source components, such as Stripe or GitHub, belong to their owners and are used under their own terms and licences. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
Liability
We work hard to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. If they change, the new version will appear on this page with a new date. If a change materially affects paying supporters, we will email them before it takes effect.
